Fire Chief A formal written grievance shall be presented to the Fire Chief within thirty (30) calendar days of the date the grievant or Union knew or reasonably should have known about the actions and/or circumstances giving rise to the grievance. The Fire Chief shall investigate the grievance and meet with the grievant and Union representatives within fifteen (15) calendar days following presentation of the grievance at Step 1. Switching and Tagging Rules Each Party shall provide the other Parties a copy of its switching and tagging rules that are applicable to the other Parties’ activities. Such switching and tagging rules shall be developed on a non-discriminatory basis. The Parties shall comply with applicable switching and tagging rules, as amended from time to time, in obtaining clearances for work or for switching operations on equipment.
CHANGES IN EMERGENCY AND SERVICE CONTACT PERSONS In the event that the name or telephone number of any emergency or service contact for the Competitive Supplier changes, Competitive Supplier shall give prompt notice to the Town in the manner set forth in Article 18.3. Welder (a) The Welder shall when issued a specific job assume the role of a Welder and representative of the Employer and take the initiative to perform the work, according to the best practice of this industry. Where circumstances are beyond his or her control he or she shall immediately advise the Employer.
