Policies and Guidelines. This Agreement is entered into by the Parties consistent with the Duval County Tax Abatement Polices and Guidelines. To the extent this Agreement modifies any requirement or procedure set forth in the in the Polices and Guidelines or is inconsistent or in conflict with any provision of the Policies and Guidelines, the Policies and Guidelines are deemed amended for purposes of this Agreement only and this Agreement shall control.
