Common use of POLICIES COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

POLICIES COMMITTEE. The Committee and the Union are concerned about the quality of education and recognize the benefit of meeting and conferring on matters which may affect the caliber of instruction offered to the students. Accordingly, when requested by either party to this Agreement, a committee or sub-committee of one party shall meet with a committee or sub-committee of the other party to discuss matters of mutual concern to affect the best possible education for Lincoln pupils. The parties further agree that this committee shall not affect the rights of either the Committee or the Union with reference to collective bargaining.
