Rules, Regulations and Policies Employee shall abide by and comply with all of the rules, regulations, and policies of Employer, including without limitation Employer's policy of strict adherence to, and compliance with, any and all requirements of the banking, securities, and antitrust laws and regulations.
RULES & REGULATIONS The Exhibitor must comply with the requirements of all Authorities and where applicable with all rules and regulations issued by the owner of the Venue in force at the time of the Exhibition. The Exhibitor undertakes to comply with the obligations and duties contained or referred to in the Contract including (without limitation) those contained or to be contained in the Exhibitors’ Manual. Exemptions from any of these obligations and duties may be granted at the Organisers’ discretion. No exemption given by the Organisers will be effective unless in writing. The Contract comprises these Terms and Conditions, the Exhibition Space Contract and the Exhibitors’ Manual) except as varied in writing signed by the parties.
Compliance with Texas Privacy Laws and Regulations In performing their respective obligations under the Agreement, the LEA and the Provider shall comply with all Texas laws and regulations pertaining to LEA data privacy and confidentiality, including but not limited to the Texas Education Code Chapter 32, and Texas Government Code Chapter 560.
Compliance with Applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations The Dealer Manager represents to the Company that (a) it is a member of FINRA in good standing, and (b) it and its employees and representatives who will perform services hereunder have all required licenses and registrations to act under this Agreement. With respect to its participation and the participation by each Participating Dealer in the offer and sale of the Offered Shares (including, without limitation, any resales and transfers of Offered Shares), the Dealer Manager agrees, and, by virtue of entering into the Participating Dealer Agreement, each Participating Dealer shall have agreed, to comply with any applicable requirements of the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, applicable state securities or blue sky laws, and, specifically including, but not in any way limited to, NASD Conduct Rules 2340 and 2420, and FINRA Conduct Rules 2310, 5130 and 5141.
Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations (a) To the best of Borrower’s knowledge after due inquiry and investigation, each of the following is true: (i) All Improvements and the use of the Mortgaged Property comply with all applicable statutes, rules and regulations, including all applicable statutes, rules and regulations pertaining to requirements for equal opportunity, anti-discrimination, fair housing, environmental protection, zoning and land use (“legal, non-conforming” status with respect to uses or structures will be considered to comply with zoning and land use requirements for the purposes of this representation). (ii) The Improvements comply with applicable health, fire, and building codes. (iii) There is no evidence of any illegal activities relating to controlled substances on the Mortgaged Property. Data Protection Legislation the UK Data Protection Legislation and any other European Union legislation relating to personal data and all other legislation and regulatory requirements in force from time to time which apply to a party relating to the use of Personal Data (including, without limitation, the privacy of electronic communications) and the guidance and codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such legislation.
Compliance with Legislation Should any term of this Agreement fail to comply with a mandatory minimum standard or requirement imposed by applicable legislation, then the minimum standard or requirement shall apply in place of the offending term of this Agreement, and shall constitute the rights and obligations of the Parties in that respect.
Compliance with Federal Law, Regulations, and Executive Orders This is an acknowledgement that FEMA financial assistance will be used to fund all or a portion of the contract. The contractor will comply with all applicable Federal law, regulations, executive orders, FEMA policies, procedures, and directives.
Compliance with Statutes, Regulations, Etc The Borrower will, and will cause each Subsidiary to, comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders applicable to it or its property, including all governmental approvals or authorizations required to conduct its business, and to maintain all such governmental approvals or authorizations in full force and effect, in each case except where the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, STATUTES, REGULATIONS a) During the term of this Master Contract the CONTRACTOR and the LEA shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations relating to the provision of special education and related services, and facilities for individuals with exceptional needs. b) CONTRACTOR shall also comply with all applicable policies pursuant to the Local Plan, unless, taking into consideration all of the surrounding facts and circumstances, a policy or policies or a portion of a policy does not reasonably apply to CONTRACTOR. c) CONTRACTOR hereby acknowledges and agrees that it accepts all risks and responsibilities for its failure to comply with applicable LEA policies and shall indemnify LEA under the provisions of section 16 of this Master Contract for all liability, loss, damage and expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from or arising out of CONTRACTOR’s failure to comply with LEA policies. d) The CONTRACTOR shall comply with those policies, relating to among other things, the provision of special education and/or related services, facilities for individuals with exceptional needs, LEA pupil enrollment and transfer, LEA student inactive status, corporal punishment, student discipline, and positive behavior interventions.
