Policy Agreements. A. Neither the F.O.P. nor any Police Officer represented by it will engage in or support any strike, work stoppage or other job action. B. No lockout of Police Officers shall be instituted or supported by the University during the terms of this Agreement. C. The F.O.P. recognizes its responsibility as exclusive collective negotiations agent and agrees to represent all Police Officers in the unit without discrimination.
