Policy Endorsements; Evidence of Insurance. Prior to commencing work, Contractor shall deliver to the District Certificates of Insurance evidencing each of the policies of insurance in the coverage amounts required herein. All policies of insurance required herein shall be issued by insurer(s) authorized to issue insurance policies by the State of California and who are A.M. Best rated at least A-/VII. Coverages under each policy of insurance required herein, whether by endorsement or otherwise, shall provide that such policy will not be modified, canceled or allowed to expire without at least thirty (30) days advance written notice to the District.
