Common use of Policy Endorsements; Evidence of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Policy Endorsements; Evidence of Insurance. Architect shall deliver to the District Certificates of Insurance evidencing each of the policies of insurance in the coverage amounts required hereunder. All policies of insurance required hereunder shall be issued by insurer(s) admitted to issue insurance by the State of California and to the reasonable satisfaction of the District. Coverages under each policy of insurance required hereunder, whether by endorsement or otherwise, shall provide that such policy will not be modified or canceled without at least thirty (30) days advance written notice to the District.
