Common use of Policy Notification Clause in Contracts

Policy Notification. LICENSEE shall provide LICENSOR with a certificate of insurance signed by an authorized representative of LICENSEE’s insurance underwriter evidencing the insurance coverage required by this Agreement: (a) prior to Commencement of any Phase I Clinical Trial for a Licensed Product; (b) [***] ([***]) days prior to expiration, termination, or reduction of such insurance coverage; and (c) upon LICENSOR’s request.
