Transportation Fee. Any mandatory transportation fee adopted by the Board of Trustees at any future time shall comply with the provisions of RCW 28B.130. Prior to any presentation to the Board of Trustees on any transportation fee (1) the Federation shall be given ninety (90) calendar days notice prior to adoption of such a fee and (2) such proposed fee shall be discussed at a regular meeting of the Contract Administration Committee prior to adoption.

Transportation Fee. It means the sole monetary value per Gross Barrel that is charged by the Transporter to the Senders for the Pipeline Transportation Service. The surcharges, bonuses and deductions the subject matter of the Monetary Conditions will be applied on this fee.
Transportation Fee. Operators are required to collect and remit to the City an AirTrain Fee on a per transaction basis from rental car customers using the rental car facilities. During the Term, Operators agree to comply with the aforementioned requirement regardless of any changes to any law (local, state or federal law) that may relieve Operator of such requirement to collect and remit to the City an AirTran Fee or similar intended fee. Customers arriving at the Car Rental Facility by means other than the AirTrain will not be required to pay the AirTrain fee. In no event shall any rental car company’s waivers exceed one percent (1%) of that company’s rental contracts. The AirTrain fee is to be collected and remitted to the City shall be in such an amount as the City may determine in its sole discretion. The City reserves the right to adjust the AirTrain fee at any time during the term of the Lease.

However, the Capacity Fee for the first two Months of the Transportation Period shall be invoiced by the 5th day following the Start Date.
