Policy Notification. Bluebird shall provide Biogen with original certificates of insurance (which may be done through the submission of an electronic copy of such certificate) evidencing such insurance: (a) promptly following execution by both Parties of this Agreement; and (b) prior to expiration of any one coverage. Biogen shall be given at least thirty (30) days written notice prior to cancellation, termination or any change to restrict the coverage or reduce the limits afforded.
