Common use of Policy Topics Clause in Contracts

Policy Topics. The written policies of the Board which apply to wages, hours, or working conditions shall be a part of this Agreement and, except as they may be superseded by expressed provisions of this Agreement, shall be included herein, but the Board reserves the right to the contrary, to promulgate new policies or amend existing policies from time to time as the need arises, but not to conflict with the provisions of this Agreement. These provisions do not supersede the prohibited subjects within Act 367 as amended.
