Political Action Fund Deductions. The Employer shall deduct the sum specified from the pay of each member of the Union who voluntarily executes a political action contribution authorization form. Deductions will be promptly transmitted to the Union by check payable to its order. Included with the check the Employer shall provide the Union a separate list of all employees using payroll deduction. The list shall be transmitted electronically and shall include employee’s name, social security number, and dollar amount deducted by pay period.
