Political Action Fund Deductions. The Employer shall deduct the sum specified from the pay of each member of the Union who voluntarily executes a political action contribution authorization form. Deductions will be promptly transmitted to the Union by check payable to its order. Included with the check the Employer shall provide the Union a separate list of all employees using payroll deduction. The list shall be transmitted electronically and shall include employee’s name, social security number, and dollar amount deducted by pay period.

The list shall be transmitted electronically and shall include employee’s 's name, last four digits of his or her social security number, or other unique employee identification number, and dollar amount deducted by pay period.
