Common use of POLITICAL FREEDOM Clause in Contracts

POLITICAL FREEDOM. All employees shall have entire liberty of political action when not engaged actively in their employment, provided such action is within the laws of the United States of America and the State of Florida; and provided further that such action does not impair their usefulness in their respective capacities.
