Approval of Leave. Any leave of absence will be submitted to the Company for approval in writing. No approved leave of absence will affect any employee’s seniority rights when used for the purpose granted and providing the employee returns to work at the expiration of his/her leave.
Approval of Leave. If the employee complies with all provisions of this Section and a leave is granted by the School Board, the employee will be notified in writing.

Authorization for or denial of a requested leave of absence with pay of more than ten (10) working days duration shall be furnished to the employee in writing by the Employer within seven (7) working days of its receipt. All leave of absence requests shall be given reasonable consideration by the Employer.

Approval of Leave. All employees who are granted bereavement leave shall file appropriate forms through their principal to the office of the superintendent in advance of the leave whenever possible and immediately upon returning in other cases.
Approval of Leave. A determination of eligibility for Natural Disaster Leave is solely within the discretion of the Superintendent/designee. The number of days of Natural Disaster Leave granted to an eligible employee is also solely within the discretion of the Superintendent/designee. An employee who has been granted Natural Disaster Leave may request an extension of the number of days of the leave. Approval of an extension is solely within the discretion of the Superintendent.
Approval of Leave. The granting of any leave is subject to the approval of the Sheriff. Except for emergencies, employees will advise their supervisor thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of the desired leave so that the various functions may proceed properly.
