Pool Safety. (a) Members and their guests acknowledge that there is no lifeguard on duty and swimming is conducted at their own risk. The Club, Management Company, and landlord are not responsible for accidents or injuries, and Members and their guests shall hold the same harmless from any and all injuries that may occur in connection with the use of the pool.
