Common use of POPULATION TO BE SERVED Clause in Contracts

POPULATION TO BE SERVED. CONTRACTOR agrees to provide residential care and treatment 14 services to Xxxxxx Youth/NMDs referred to CONTRACTOR by COUNTY pursuant to the 15 terms and conditions set forth herein, in accordance with the Xxxxxx 16 Youth's/NMD's Admission Agreement and CONTRACTOR's Program Statement, approved 17 by CCLD and incorporated herein by reference, as it currently exists or may 18 hereafter be amended.

POPULATION TO BE SERVED. 12 1. 1 CONTRACTOR agrees to provide residential care and treatment 14 13 services to Xxxxxx Youth/NMDs referred to CONTRACTOR by COUNTY pursuant to the 15 14 terms and conditions set forth herein, in accordance with the Xxxxxx 16 Youth's15 Youth’s/NMD's ’s Admission Agreement and CONTRACTOR's ’s Program Statement, approved 17 16 by CCLD and incorporated herein by reference, as it currently exists or may 18 17 hereafter be amended.

POPULATION TO BE SERVED. 11 1.1 CONTRACTOR agrees to provide residential care and treatment services 12 to the children Xxxxxx Youth’s/NMD’s 13 to the terms and 14 services to Xxxxxx Youth/NMDs 15 approved by CCLD 16 or may hereafter referred to CONTRACTOR by COUNTY pursuant to the 15 terms and conditions set forth herein, in accordance with the Xxxxxx 16 Youth's/NMD's child’s Admission Agreement and CONTRACTOR's ’s Program Statement, approved 17 by CCLD Xxxxxx Youth/NMD’s and incorporated herein by reference, as it currently exists or may 18 hereafter be amended.
