DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES, STAFFINfi. 1 4.1 CONTRACTOR agrees to provide those services, facilities, equipment 2 and supplies as described in the Exhibit “A” to the Agreement between County 3 of Orange and Xxxxxx Family Resource Center (FRC), for the Provision of 4 Services Promoting Safe and Stable Families Services, attached hereto and 5 incorporated herein by reference. CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously 6 throughout the term of this Agreement with the number and type of staff 7 described and as required for provision of services hereunder.
8 4.2 Subject to thirty (30) days advance written notice, ADMINISTRATOR 9 may require changes in staffing allocations to reflect current workload 10 demands or service needs as long as COUNTY’s maximum obligation as set forth 11 in this Agreement is not exceeded.
12 4.3 Upon the request of ADMINISTRATOR, CONTRACTOR shall send 13 appropriate staff to attend an orientation session and subsequent training 14 sessions given by COUNTY.

CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously throughout the 10 term of this Agreement with the number and type of staff described and as 11 required for provision of services hereunder pursuant to the personnel 12 disclosure provisions of this Agreement.
13 4.2 Subject to thirty (30) days written notice, ADMINISTRATOR may, in 14 his or her sole discretion, require changes in staffing allocations to reflect 15 current workload demands or service needs as long as COUNTY’s maximum 16 obligation as set forth in this Agreement is not exceeded.

CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously 11 throughout the term of this Agreement with the number and type of staff 12 described and as required for provision of services hereunder.

CONTRACTOR shall operate 17 continuously throughout the term of this Agreement with the number and type of 18 staff described and as required for provision of services hereunder.

CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously throughout the term of this 11 Agreement with the number and type of staff described and as required for 12 provision of services hereunder pursuant to the personnel disclosure 13 provisions of this Agreement.

CONTRACTOR shall 13 operate continuously throughout the term of this Agreement with the number and 14 type of staff described and as required for provision of services hereunder. 15 pursuant to the personnel disclosure provisions of this Agreement.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES, STAFFINfi. 20 5.1 CONTRACTOR agrees to provide those services, facilities, equipment 21 and supplies as described in the Exhibits to the Agreement Between County of 22 Orange and ARBOR E & T, LLC, a subsidiary of ResCare, Inc., for the Provision 23 of Job Services and Employment Support Services, attached hereto and 24 incorporated herein by reference: Exhibit “A” relating to Job Services, 25 Exhibit “B” relating to Employment Support Services, Exhibit “C” relating to 26 Service Conditions and Exhibit “D” relating to Agreement to Comply with the 27 County of Orange Social Services Agency Information Technology Security and 28 Usage Policy. CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously throughout the term of 1 this Agreement with the number and type of staff described and as required for 2 provision of services hereunder.
