POPULATION TO BE SERVED. A. In accordance with the Contract, Contractor is required, within the limits of the Contractor’s service capacity, to serve individuals who meet the financial and clinical eligibility criteria for an adult who is Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) and is eligible for services as described in the DARMHA manual. B. Contractor shall: 1) Assure the availability of, and provide the necessary full continuum of care as defined in IC 12-7-2-40.6, to adults who are SMI eligible for registering in DARMHA in this Exhibit; and 2) Provide DMHA supported care to special populations listed in this Exhibit within the limits of the Contractor’s service capacity.
