Port/Loop Combinations. 5.6.1 At SouthEast’s request, BellSouth shall provide access to combinations of port and loop network elements, as set forth in Section 5.6.3 below, that are Currently Combined in BellSouth’s network except as specified in Sections 5.6.1.1 and
5.6.1.2 below.
5.6.1.1 BellSouth shall not provide combinations of port and loop network elements on an unbundled basis in locations where, pursuant to FCC rules, BellSouth is not required to provide circuit switching as an unbundled network element.

Port/Loop Combinations. At <<customer_name>>’s request, BellSouth shall provide access to combinations of port and loop network elements, as set forth in Section 5.6.3 below, that are Currently Combined in BellSouth’s network except as specified in Sections 5.6.1.1 and 5.6.1.2 below.
Port/Loop Combinations. 5.1 At IDS Long Distance’s request, BellSouth shall provide access to combinations of port and loop network elements, as set forth in Section 1.4 below, that are currently combined in BellSouth’s network except as specified in Sections 5.1.1 and 5.1.2 below.
5.1.1 BellSouth is not required to provide access to combinations of port and loop network elements in locations where BellSouth is not required to provide circuit switching.
5.1.2 BellSouth is not required to provide circuit switching in density Zone 1, as defined in 47 C.F.R. 69.123 as of January 1, 1999, of the Atlanta, Miami, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Charlotte, New Orleans, Greensboro and Nashville MSAs to IDS Long Distance if IDS Long Distance’s customer has 4 or more DS0 equivalent lines.
Port/Loop Combinations. 5.1 At NA Communications’s request, BellSouth shall provide access to combinations of port and loop network elements, as set forth in Section 1.4 below, that are currently combined in BellSouth’s network except as specified in Sections 5.1.1 and 5.1.2 below.
5.1.1 BellSouth is not required to provide access to combinations of port and loop network elements in locations where BellSouth is not required to provide circuit switching.
5.1.2 BellSouth is not required to provide circuit switching in density Zone 1, as defined in 47 C.F.R. 69.123 as of January 1, 1999, of the Atlanta, Miami, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Charlotte, New Orleans, Greensboro and Nashville MSAs to NA Communications if NA Communications’s customer has 4 or more DS0 equivalent lines.
Port/Loop Combinations. 1.1 At BTI’s request, BellSouth shall provide access to combinations of port and loop network elements, as set forth in the Rate section of the agreement, for those combinations that are currently combined in BellSouth’s network, except as specified in Sections 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 below.
1.1.1 BellSouth is not required to provide access to combinations of port and loop network elements in locations where BellSouth is not required to provide circuit switching.
1.1.2 BellSouth is not required to provide circuit switching in Density Zone 1, as defined in 47 C.F.R. 69.123 as of January 1, 1999, of the Charlotte MSA to BTI if BTI’s customer has 4 or more DS0 equivalent lines.
Port/Loop Combinations. 5.6.1 At E-Z Access’s request, BellSouth shall provide access to combinations of port and loop network elements, as set forth in Section 5.6.3 below, that are Currently Combined in BellSouth’s network except as specified in Sections 5.6.1.1 and

Port/Loop Combinations. 10.7.1 Except as specified in Sections 10.7.1.1 and 10.7.1.2 below, at Al-Call ’s request, BellSouth shall provide access to Existing Combinations of port and loop network elements, as set forth in Section 10.7.4 below. Such port and loop combinations will provide local exchange service for the origination and termination of calls.
10.7.1.1 BellSouth shall not provide access to combinations of port and loop network elements in locations where, pursuant to FCC rules, BellSouth is not required to provide circuit switching as an unbundled network element.
10.7.1.2 In accordance with effective and applicable FCC rules, BellSouth shall not provide unbundled access to circuit switching in density Zone 1, as defined in 47 C.F.R. 69.123 as of January 1, 1999, of the Atlanta, Miami, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Charlotte, New Orleans, Greensboro and Nashville MSAs to Al-Call if Al-Call ’s customer has 4 or more DS0 equivalent lines.
10.7.2 In Georgia, BellSouth shall provide combinations of port and loop network elements to Al-Call to the extent such elements are ordinarily combined in BellSouth’s network, regardless of whether or not such combinations are Existing Combinations, except in those locations where BellSouth is not required to provide circuit switching, as set forth in Section 10.7.1.2 above. In all other states, and subject to Sections 10.7.1.1 and 10.
Port/Loop Combinations. At Sprint’s request, BellSouth shall provide access to combinations of port and loop network elements, as set forth in Section 2 below, that are Currently Combined in BellSouth’s network except as specified in Sections 1.1 and 1.2 below.
Port/Loop Combinations. 5.6.1 At Xxxx Communications’s request, BellSouth shall provide access to combinations of port and loop network elements, as set forth in Section 5.6.3 below, that are Currently Combined in BellSouth’s network except as specified in Sections 5.6.1.1 and 5.6.1.2 below.

5.6.2 Combinations of port and loop network elements provide local exchange service for the origination or termination of calls. BellSouth shall make available the following loop and port combinations at the terms and at the rates set forth below:
5.6.2.1 In Georgia, BellSouth shall provide to Xxxx Communications combinations of port and loop network elements to Xxxx Communications on an unbundled basis regardless of whether or not such combinations are Currently Combined except in those locations where BellSouth is not required to provide circuit switching, as set forth in Section 5.6.1.2 above. The rates for such combinations shall be the cost based rates set forth in Exhibit C of this Attachment.
5.6.2.2 In all other states, BellSouth shall provide to Xxxx Communications combinations of port and loop network elements on an unbundled basis if such combinations are Currently Combined, except in those locations where BellSouth is not required to provide unbundled circuit switching, as set forth in Sections 5.6.1.1 and 5.6.1.2 above. The rates for such combinations shall be the cost based rates set forth in Exhibit C of this Attachment.
5.6.2.3 In all states other than Georgia, except in those locations where BellSouth is not required to provide unbundled circuit switching, as set forth in Sections 5.6.1.1 and 5.6.1.2, BellSouth shall provide to Xxxx Communications combinations of port and loop network elements that are not Currently Combined.
