Unbundled Network Element definition

Unbundled Network Element or “UNE” is as defined in Attachment 6 Unbundled Network Elements
Unbundled Network Element means a network
Unbundled Network Element. ("UNE") means a component of the ILEC's telecommunications network utilized to provide telecommunications services.

  • For the purposes of this Section, “assets” means any Interconnection, Resale Service, Unbundled Network Element, function, facility, product or service provided under that interconnection agreement.

  • The Technical Publication or other description may be accompanied by reference to vendor equipment and software specifications applicable to the Unbundled Network Element.

  • AT&T will modify its network as may be required by the Act to make facilities available to CLEC for Unbundled Network Element orders.

More Definitions of Unbundled Network Element

Unbundled Network Element or “UNE” has the meaning as ascribed to it in the Code;
Unbundled Network Element. (UNE) is As Defined in the Act.
Unbundled Network Element shall have the meaning set forth in 47 U.S.C. § 251(c)(3) (with regard to unbundled access). “WIRE CENTER” denotes a building or space within a building which serves as an aggregation point on a given carrier’s network, where transmission facilities and circuits are connected or switched.
Unbundled Network Element is a Network Element that has been defined by the FCC or the Commission as a Network Element to which Qwest is obligated to provide unbundled access or for which unbundled access is provided under this Agreement.
Unbundled Network Element. (UNE) is a Network Element that has been defined by the FCC or the Commission as a Network Element to which Qwest is obligated under Section 251(c)(3) of the Act to provide unbundled access, for which unbundled access is required under section 271 of the Act or applicable state law, or for which unbundled access is provided under this Agreement. Unbundled Network Elements do not include those Network Elements Qwest is obligated to provide only pursuant to Section 271 of the Act.
Unbundled Network Element. Combinations shall include: 1) Enhanced Extended Links (EELs) 2) UNE Loops/Special Access Combinations 3) Loop/Port Combinations and 4)
Unbundled Network Element means a network element, as defined in 47 U.S.C. s. 153(29), to which access is provided on an unbundled basis pursuant to 47 U.S.C. s. 251(c)(3).
