Portable sick leave on termination. Employees, employer representatives and the employer support the industry portable sick leave scheme which ensure sick leave credits, up to a potential maximum of One Hundred (100) days, are not lost on termination. As part of Termination the Employer will inform Incolink of any unused Sick Leave Credits within seven (7) days of Termination.
