Proportionate Leave on Termination. Where an employee has given one week or more continuous service, inclusive of any day off as prescribed by clause 21 - Hours of Work (excluding overtime), and he/she either leaves his/her employment or his/her employment is terminated by the employer, he/she shall be paid one-twelfth of an ordinary week’s wages in respect of each completed week of continuous service with his/her current employer for which leave has not been granted or paid for in accordance with this agreement.
Proportionate Leave on Termination. An employee on daily hiring who after five (5) ordinary working days continuous service in the first qualifying twelve (12) month period with the Company leaves the employment of the Company or is terminated by the Company; or After twelve (12) months continuous service with the Company leaves the employment of the Company or is terminated by the Company for any reason will be paid one-twelfth of an ordinary week’s wages in respect of each completed five (5) ordinary working days of continuous service and in which leave has not been granted under Clause 6.2.1, of this agreement.
Proportionate Leave on Termination. An employee on daily hiring who after five (5) ordinary working days continuous service with the Company leaves the employment of the Company or is terminated by the Company for any reason will be paid any outstanding leave as at the date of termination.
Proportionate Leave on Termination. B5.1.9(a) On termination of employment payment in lieu of leave for untaken annual leave and pro rata leave will be made to the employee.
Proportionate Leave on Termination. An employee who leaves the employment of the employer or whose employment is terminated by the employer for any reason, will be paid in lieu of annual leave calculated on a pro rata basis of continuous service as defined above.

Where an employee has given five working days or more continuous service, inclusive of any day off as prescribed by clauses 27 or 30 of this award (excluding overtime), and either leaves employment or the employee’s employment is terminated by the employer the employee shall be paid one-twelfth of an ordinary week’s wages in respect of each completed five working days of continuous service with the current employer for which leave has not been granted or paid for in accordance with this award.
Proportionate Leave on Termination. An employee other than a casual who:
(a) After one week's continuous service in the first qualifying 12 monthly period with an employer, lawfully leaves the employment of the employer, or is terminated by the employer through no fault of the employee; or
(b) After 12 months continuous service with an employer, leaves the employment of the employer or is terminated by the employer for any reason;
Proportionate Leave on Termination. If after one month's continuous service in any qualifying twelve monthly period an employee lawfully leaves their employment or their employment is terminated by the employer through no fault of the employee, the employee shall be paid at their ordinary rate of wage for 2.923 hours in respect of each completed week of continuous service being service in respect of which leave has been granted.
Proportionate Leave on Termination. Full time employees shall receive pro-rata annual leave of 12.5 hours for each completed month of service.
Proportionate Leave on Termination. On termination all accrued annual leave entitlements will be paid to an employee. Any leave given in advance may be deducted by the AFC from any payment.
