Port’s Assets. (a) In consideration of the Concessionaire agreeing to perform and discharge its obligations as set forth in this Agreement, the Concessioning Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire, the exclusive right to enter upon, occupy and use the Project Site and Port’s Assets for the purpose of implementing the Project and provision of Project Facilities and Services pursuant thereto in accordance with this Agreement.

Port’s Assets a) In consideration of the Operator agreeing to perform and discharge its obligations as set forth in this Agreement, the Authority and the Confirming Party hereby grants to the Operator, the exclusive right to enter upon, occupy and use the Project Site and Port’s Assets for the purpose of implementing the Project and provision of Project Facilities and Services pursuant thereto in accordance with this Agreement.
Port’s Assets. In consideration of the Concessionaire agreeing to perform and discharge its obligations as set forth in this Agreement, the Concessioning Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire, the exclusive right to enter upon, occupy and use the Project Site and Port’s Assets for the purpose of implementing the Project and provision of Project Facilities and Services pursuant thereto in accordance with this Agreement. The Concessionaire shall at its costs, charges and expenses make such development and improvements in the Project Site and Port’s Assets as may be necessary or appropriate for implementing the Project and providing Project Facilities and Services, in accordance with the Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits.

  • Purchased Assets Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, at the Closing, each Seller shall sell, convey, assign, transfer and deliver to the Buyer, and the Buyer shall purchase, free and clear of all Encumbrances, all right, title and interest of such Seller in and to the following Assets (collectively, the “Purchased Assets”):

  • Assets The School shall maintain a complete and current inventory of all of its property and shall update the inventory annually. The School shall take all necessary precautions to safeguard assets acquired with public funds.

PROVIDER shall make requests for any exceptions to this policy in writing to the Fiscal and Management Services Administrator for COUNTY. These requests shall be made prior to the purchase of any such asset.

  • Commingling Assets The assets of your IRA cannot be commingled with other property except in a common trust fund or common investment fund.

  • Facilities and Equipment Except as set forth herein, Consultant shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide all facilities and equipment that may be necessary to perform the services required by this Agreement. City shall make available to Consultant only the facilities and equipment listed in this section, and only under the terms and conditions set forth herein. City shall furnish physical facilities such as desks, filing cabinets, and conference space, as may be reasonably necessary for Consultant’s use while consulting with City employees and reviewing records and the information in possession of the City. The location, quantity, and time of furnishing those facilities shall be in the sole discretion of City. In no event shall City be obligated to furnish any facility that may involve incurring any direct expense, including but not limited to computer, long-distance telephone or other communication charges, vehicles, and reproduction facilities.

  • Customer Property Customer Property is and shall remain your sole and exclusive property. “Customer Property” means all graphic user interface, text, content, images, video, music, designs, products, computer programs, drawings, documentation and other materials of any kind posted, submitted, provided or otherwise made available to us by you or an Authorized User in connection with the Products and Services. Customer Property may also contain Personal Information which is defined in Section 5.
