Project Facilities and Services definition

Project Facilities and Services means the facilities and services as set out under the Scope of Work, to be provided by the Concessionaire during the Concession Period, in accordance with this Agreement.

Examples of Project Facilities and Services in a sentence

  • The Concessionaire may engage any Person possessing the requisite skill, expertise and capability for operation and maintenance of the Project Facilities and Services.

  • In the event of expiry of Concession by efflux of time (the Concession having run its full course), the Concessionaire shall hand over/ transfer peaceful possession of the Port including Project Site, Port’s Assets and the Project Facilities and Services including additional facilities (immovable assets) developed by the Concessionaire as per the master plan free from Encumbrance.

  • Except as provided/authorized, the Concessionaire shall not, without the prior written intimation to the Concessioning Authority, remove or replace any assets comprised in the Project Facilities and Services.

  • If, as a result of such survey, the Expert shall observe/notice that the Port’s Assets and/or the Project Facilities and Services or any part thereof have/has not been operated and maintained in accordance with the requirements therefore under this Agreement (normal wear and tear accepted) the Concessionaire shall, at its cost and expenses, take all necessary steps to put the same in good working condition well before the Transfer Date.

  • In the event the Concessionaire fails to comply with this provision, the Concessioning Authority may itself cause the condition survey and inventory of the Port’s Assets and Project Facilities and Services to be conducted and remove any defect or deficiency.

  • The Concessionaire shall employ qualified and skilled personnel required to operate the Project Facilities and Services.

  • The Concessioning Authority shall be promptly reimbursed by the Concessionaire for the costs incurred in conducting such survey and preparation of inventory as also in putting the Project Facilities and Services in a good working condition.

  • The Concessionaire agrees that at least 6 (six) Months prior to the expiry by efflux of time of the Concession Period, it shall, cause to be conducted at its cost by an Expert appointed by the Parties by mutual consent, a condition survey and an inventory of the entire Project Facilities and Services.

  • During Termination Period, the Parties shall subject where applicable to the provisions of this Article 17, continue to perform such of their respective obligations under this Agreement which are capable of being performed with the object, as far as possible, of ensuring continued availability of the Project Facilities and Services to the users, failing which the Party in breach shall compensate the other Party for any loss or damage occasioned or suffered on account of the underlying failure/breach.

Related to Project Facilities and Services

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;

  • Project Facility means facility being one or more of the following facilities as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract, being developed in accordance with the Project and the Detailed Project Implementation Report and includes all its buildings, equipment, facilities, software and systems and includes without limitation, where the circumstances so require, any expansion thereof from time to time and may include any new location to be separately mentioned in the Special Conditions of Contract.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Port facilities means those facilities owned by the port authority such as: seawall jetties; piers; wharves; docks; boat landings; marinas; warehouses; storehouses; elevators; grain bins; cold storage plants; terminal icing plants; bunkers; oil tanks; ferries; canals; locks; bridges; tunnels; seaways; conveyors; modern appliances for the economical handling, storage, and transportation of freight and handling of passenger traffic; transfer and terminal facilities required for the efficient operation and development of ports and harbors; other harbor improvements; or improvements, enlargements, remodeling, or extensions of any of these buildings or structures.

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.
