Common use of Position and Reporting Clause in Contracts

Position and Reporting. The Company hereby employs the Executive for the Employment Period as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Position and Reporting. The Company hereby employs the Executive for the Employment Period as the President an officer, Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Executive Officer Secretary of the Company on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
