Position and Reporting. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall serve as the Executive Chairman of CFI. The Executive shall report directly to the Board during the Employment Term. At all times during the Employment Term during which the Executive is serving as a member of the Board, the Executive shall serve as the Chairman of the Board.
