Common use of Position and Reporting Clause in Contracts

Position and Reporting. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall serve as the Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer of CLNY’s non-digital businesses. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Financial Officer of the Company during the Employment Term.
