Common use of Position and Reporting Clause in Contracts

Position and Reporting. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall serve as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the Company. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of DBRG.

Position and Reporting. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall serve as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Financial Officer and Secretary Treasurer of the Company. The Executive shall DBRG and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of DBRG.

Position and Reporting. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall serve as Managing Director and Chief Legal Operating Officer and Secretary of the CompanyDBRG. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of DBRG.
