Position Definitions. 12.1.1 A Continuing Position is a position, either full-time or part-time, where no ending or renewal date is stated at the time of posting.
Position Definitions. 12 month position: A position to which an employee has been appointed and is required to work twelve (12) months of the year. Such a position can be full or part time as designated by the Board. Twelve month positions are listed on the attached salary matrix, subject to relevant Letters of Understanding.

Position Definitions. The following position definitions shall apply: A 'Trainee Clinical Pharmacist Facilitator' is a person who is undergoing practical training as a Clinical Pharmacist Facilitator, is registered in terms of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance (HPCA) Act 2003 with the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand, has a senior CPF mentor and is undertaking post graduate study towards being competent for appointment to a clinical pharmacy facilitators role and is employed by the employer A 'Clinical Pharmacist Facilitator'' is a pharmacist who is registered in terms of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance (HPCA) Act 2003 with the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand and is employed in a clinical pharmacy facilitator role with the employer. Position Definitions. 15.1 The University agrees to create and maintain duty sets for the bargaining unit as per Appendix B.
15.2 Prior to the commencement of duties, each employee will receive a letter confirming the following: full or partial Graduate Teaching Assistantship and salary; start and end dates of these duties and responsibilities; hours of work; course number(s), if applicable, and name of the immediate supervisor. In order, to meet operational needs from time to time, the duty sets may be re-assigned in writing with a copy to the Union.
