Position, Duties and Responsibilities of Executive. The Executive be employed by the Corporation as Associate General Counsel, Transportation Group South and shall have such responsibilities and powers as the Board of Directors or the bylaws of the Corporation or the Executive's superiors may from time to time prescribe. The Executive shall devote the whole of his time to the Executive's duties hereunder and shall use his best efforts to promote the interests of the Corporation.
