Executive’s Right to Terminate for Convenience. Executive shall have the right to terminate Executive’s employment with the Company for convenience at any time upon 60 days’ advance written notice to the Company; provided that if Executive provides a notice of termination pursuant to this Section 6(e), the Company may designate an earlier termination date than that specified in Executive’s notice. The Company’s designation of such an earlier date will not change the nature of Executive’s termination, which will still be deemed a voluntary resignation by Executive pursuant to this Section 6(e).
