Common use of Position, Duties, Responsibilities and Authority Clause in Contracts

Position, Duties, Responsibilities and Authority. (a) During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall serve as Vice-President and shall report and be responsible to the President and COO of the Company. During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall have the duties, responsibilities and authority as shall be determined from time to time by the President and COO of the Company. (b) Throughout the Term of Employment, the Executive shall devote his full business time and attention to the business of the Company.

(b) Throughout the Term of Employment, the Executive shall devote his full business time and attention to the business of the Company.
