Common use of Position; Duties Clause in Contracts

Position; Duties. Executive shall serve in the positions of Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the Company. The Executive shall perform, faithfully and diligently, such duties, and shall have such responsibilities appropriate to said positions, as shall be assigned to him from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors of the Company. The Executive shall report to the Chief Operating Officer of the Company. The Executive shall devote his full business time and attention to the performance of his duties and responsibilities hereunder.

Position; Duties. Executive shall serve in the positions of Senior Vice President President, Finance and Administration and Chief Information Financial Officer of the Company. The Executive shall perform, faithfully and diligently, such duties, and shall have such responsibilities appropriate to said positions, as shall be assigned to him from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors of the Company. The Executive shall report to the Chief Operating Executive Officer of the Company. The Executive shall devote his full business time and attention to the performance of his duties and responsibilities hereunder.

Position; Duties. The Executive shall serve in the positions of Senior as Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the Company. The Executive shall perform, faithfully and diligently, such duties, and shall have such responsibilities appropriate to said positions, and duties consistent with such executive positions as shall be assigned to him from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors of the Company. The Executive shall report to the Chief Operating Officer of the Company. The Executive shall devote his full time and attention of his business time and attention to the performance of his responsibilities and duties hereunder. The Executive shall also serve as Vice President and responsibilities hereunderSecretary of The Company.

The Executive shall devote his her full business time and attention to the performance of his her duties and responsibilities hereunder.

The Executive shall perform, faithfully and diligently, such service and duties, and shall have such responsibilities responsibilities, appropriate to said positionsposition, as shall be assigned to him from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors of the Companyhim. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Operating Executive Officer of the Company. The Executive shall agrees to devote his full entire business time time, best efforts, skills and attention to fulfilling the performance of his duties and responsibilities hereunder. The Executive shall be based in Princeton, New Jersey, except for travel required by Company business.

The Executive shall report to the Chief Operating Executive Officer of the Company. The Executive shall devote his full business time and attention to the performance of his duties and responsibilities hereunder.

The Executive shall perform, faithfully and diligently, such duties, and shall have such responsibilities appropriate to said positions, as shall be assigned to him from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors of the Company. The Executive shall report to the Chief Operating Executive Officer of the Company. The Executive shall devote his full business time and attention to the performance of his duties and responsibilities hereunder.

The Executive shall perform, faithfully and diligently, such duties, and shall have such responsibilities appropriate to said positions, as shall be assigned to him from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors of the Company. The Executive shall report to the Chief Operating Executive Officer of the Company. The Executive shall devote his full business time and attention to the performance of his duties and responsibilities hereunder.
