Position Notice. 8.1.12 When a position in one of the sections outlined in Section 8.1 becomes available, the Sheriff or his/her designee shall issue a vacant position notice with the department. The notice shall include a brief description of the duties of the position, the minimum qualifications required for the position, and the deadline for receiving applications.
