POSITION SHARE. A Position Sharing Program is designed to provide an alternative work option that allows a teacher to better meet the dual responsibilities of family and work. It is imperative that the parameters of the program are fair to all involved, fiscally responsible for the district, and educationally viable. It is always the intention of Perry Local Schools to maintain continuity and consistency of the instructional program.
