Employee Contracts. 4 There shall be an employee contract for regular assignments requiring a Washington 5 State teaching certificate in conformity with Washington State law and policies, rules and 6 regulations of the District and State Board of Education, and this Agreement. 7
Employee Contracts. A. All contracts issued for each school year covered by this Agreement will state they are subject to the terms of this Agreement. All contracts issued for the school year after the expiration date of this Agreement will state that they are subject to the terms of the Agreement in effect for that year. B. The District shall provide each employee a basic District employee contract, and shall provide each eligible employee a Separate Contract, as provided for in Appendix 5, both of which must be promptly signed and submitted by the employee in order to be eligible for employment. These two individual contracts together with the Agreement cover all work performed by employees. No other individual contracts will be issued.
Employee Contracts. All classified bargaining unit personnel, when newly hired by the Board shall have a probationary period of sixty (60) work days at the Probationary Rate. During the probationary period, the employee will be entitled to the same fringe benefits as regular employees. The Board shall have sole discretion to discipline or discharge employees in probationary employee status and such action during this period cannot be reviewed through the Grievance Procedure or otherwise affected by this Agreement. The Board will not discharge a probationary employee because of Union membership or activity.
Employee Contracts. ARTICLE 8 - 1. In accordance with R.C. 3319.081: A. Newly hired employees shall enter into written contracts for their employment which shall be for a period of not more than one (1) year. If such employees are rehired, their subsequent contract shall be for a period of two (2) years. B. After the termination of the two year contract provided in division (A) of this section of the contract if an employee is renewed, the employee shall be continued in employment.
