Positive Drug or Alcohol Test Result. a. The following represents the procedural steps in the event of a positive drug screen or breath alcohol test result. A second positive drug and/or alcohol test, for any reason, in violation of the DOT, FTA Drug and Alcohol Testing Regulations, during the employee’s length of employment with the District will result in termination from employment.
