Possession and Disposition of Personal Property. Successor Agency shall, prior to the Close of Escrow, remove or otherwise dispose of all personal property, if any, that is located on the Property.

Possession and Disposition of Personal Property. Seller shall, prior to the close of Escrow, remove or otherwise dispose of all personal property located on the Property. All personal property remaining on the Property after the Closing shall become the property of Xxxxx and Xxxxx may dispose of same without liability as it alone sees fit, and Seller shall be liable for the costs of removal which are incurred by the Buyer. Buyer shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to the personal property remaining on the Property, regardless of when loss or damage occurs.
Possession and Disposition of Personal Property. Possession of the Property at the Close of Escrow shall be given to Agency upon the recording of the Grant Deed. All of the furniture, furnishings, and other personal property not physically connected to the Property or to any building or structure located thereon (collectively “Personal Property”) shall remain the property of Seller, except as may be specifically agreed between the parties to the contrary in writing. Seller shall remove or otherwise dispose of all Personal Property located on the Property, no later than fifteen (15) days after the Close of Escrow. All Personal Property remaining on the Property after fifteen (15) days following the Close of Escrow shall automatically become the property of Agency and Agency may dispose of same without liability as it alone sees fit. Seller agrees that Agency shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to the Personal Property, regardless of when loss or damage occurs. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Agency is required to dispose of any Personal Property left by Seller, Seller shall be required to pay to Agency the reasonable cost of its removal and disposal. Seller shall immediately pay these costs upon receipt of a written demand from the Agency detailing the costs incurred.
Possession and Disposition of Personal Property. 3.4.1 If one or more of the Events of Default shall occur, Mortgagee may at its discretion require Mortgagor to assemble such items of the Mortgaged Property as may be designated by Mortgagee and make them available to Mortgagee at a place reasonably convenient to both parties to be designated by Mortgagee. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default under this Mortgage, Mortgagee shall have the right to take possession of such items of the Mortgaged Property as Mortgagee may elect. In taking possession Mortgagee may proceed without judicial process if this can be done without breach of the peace. Mortgagee shall have the further right to remove such items of the Mortgaged Property as it may choose to any location or locations selected by Mortgagee, and Mortgagor shall pay the costs of such removal and for the storage and protection of such items immediately upon demand therefor.
