Common use of Post-Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications Clause in Contracts

Post-Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications. Developer and National Grid shall each at its own expense perform routine inspection and testing of the respective facilities and equipment of the Developer and the Connecting Transmission Owners in accordance with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Standards as may be necessary to ensure the continued interconnection of the Large Generating Facility with the New York State Transmission System in a safe and reliable manner. Developer and National Grid shall each have the right, upon advance written notice, to require reasonable additional testing of the other Parties’ facilities, at the requesting Party’s expense, as may be in accordance with Good Utility Practice.
