Annual Reassessment Process Sample Clauses

The Annual Reassessment Process clause establishes a formal procedure for reviewing and evaluating the terms, performance, or conditions of an agreement on a yearly basis. Typically, this process involves both parties meeting or exchanging documentation to assess whether objectives are being met, identify any issues, and determine if modifications are necessary for the upcoming year. By requiring regular, structured reviews, this clause ensures ongoing alignment between parties and provides a mechanism to address changes or concerns proactively, thereby maintaining the relevance and effectiveness of the agreement.
