Common use of Post employment Group Insurance Committee Clause in Contracts

The parties agree to establish a joint committee consisting of an equal number of union representatives and employer representatives for the purposes of studying insurance cost saving measures regarding post- employment group insurance, including eligibility, premium share for employees hired on or after July 1, 2008, and coverage.
