Post-GMP Phase. The terms “Post-GMP Phase” or “Post-GMP Phase Work” mean all Design Build Entity’s remaining Design Work to prepare final approved Working Drawings and Specifications, to finalize Construction Documents, to perform the Construction Work and achieve Final Completion, after the Parties have amended the Agreement to include the GMP, commencing on Judicial Council’s issuance of a Notice to Proceed for Post-GMP Phase Work.
