Phase-Specific Services. 5.1. The scope of services required under this Agreement include the following professional construction management services as well as incidental services that members of that profession and those in their employ may logically or justifiably perform. The services required will be associated with the following Phases:

Related to Phase-Specific Services

  • Specific Services Contractor shall provide the services described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto. No additional services shall be performed by Contractor unless approved in advance in writing by the County stating the dollar value of the services, the method of payment, and any adjustment in contract time or other contract terms. All such services are to be coordinated with County and the results of the work shall be monitored by the Director of Health and Human Services Agency or his or her designee.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Design Services The Engineer shall perform services during the schematic design phase, the design development phase, the contract documents phase, and the bidding period as hereinafter specified.

  • TRANSPORT SERVICES Upon the conclusion of such multilateral negotiations, the Parties shall conduct a review for the purpose of discussing appropriate amendments to this Agreement so as to incorporate the results of such multilateral negotiations.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Service Specification The Parties have agreed upon the scope and specification of the Services provided under this Service Agreement in the Service Specification.

  • Statement of Work The Statement of Work to which Grantee is bound is incorporated into and made a part of this Grant Agreement for all purposes and included as Attachment A.

  • Pre-Commencement Phase Services The services required to be provided by the Contractor for the Pre- Commencement Phase of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").
