Common use of Post-Retirement Benefit Clause in Contracts

Post-Retirement Benefit. Only employees hired on or before January 1, 2007 are eligible for this benefit. Upon early retirement, the Employer will pay an amount not to exceed $731.50 per month towards the cost of a single health insurance plan up to three years, not to exceed the employee’s 65th birthday with the condition the employee is eligible for PERA and has twenty (20) or more years of service.
