Common use of Postcard Notice Clause in Contracts

Postcard Notice. No later than thirty days before the Claim Deadline, the Administrator shall mail a reminder in the form attached as Exhibit D (the “Postcard Notice”) with information regarding the Claim Form Submission Deadline, the Settlement Website address, and how to request a copy of the Claim Form. The Postcard Notice will be mailed to each Class Member who has not submitted a Claim Form and who has not timely and properly excluded themselves.

The Postcard Notice will be mailed to each potential Class Member who has not submitted a Claim Form and who has not timely and properly excluded themselvesthemselves from the Settlement Class.
