Posting of Secondary Vacancies. 16.1.4.1 On the last district working day before April 20, the Human Resources office will publish the first listing of known secondary vacancies, together with job descriptions, that will occur for the following school year. (Exception: High School Head coaching positions for the following school year may be posted as soon as the vacancy is declared.) 16.1.4.2 On the last district working day before June 1, the Human Resources office will publish the final listing of known secondary vacancies, together with job descriptions, that will occur for the following school year. 16.1.4.3 Each Friday between April 20 and June 1, the Human Resources office will publish additional listings of known secondary vacancies, together with job descriptions, for the coming year. Copies of all vacancy lists will be posted at the Human Resources office on the date of publication.
