Posting Requirements. When a vacancy within a unit class is created through actions by the District to create a position, or the dismissal, abandonment, resignation or retirement of a former employee, and if the District decides to fill the position, such vacancy shall be posted within all work locations of the District, and shall remain posted at all such locations for not less than six (6) working days prior to being filled.
