Posting Requirements. Seller shall post the Performance Assurance in accordance with the following terms and conditions: (i) Seller shall post all of the Performance Assurance on or before the Initial Delivery Date; (ii) Performance Assurance must be in the form of cash or a Letter of Credit; and (iii) The Performance Assurance and any interest accrued thereon in accordance with Section 7.03(a) shall be held by SCE as security for Seller’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
