Potential Employees. The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that a Union agreement is in full force and effect and issue a copy of the agreement to each employee the first day they are hired with a written notice to the Union Secretary and the appropriate Group Vice-President of the employee’s name, address and phone number.
