Potential Marketing and Promotional Activities. Without limiting its undertakings in Section 10.1 above, USL will conduct marketing, advertising and promotional activities throughout the Territory, which may include advertising of Product by mail to health care professionals, advertisements in major professional periodicals and journals, promotion of Product at major events in the trade within the Territory and personal calls by USL representatives on prescribers of Product in the Territory, consistent with USL’s own products of similar nature, value and status.
