Potential Representations and Warranties concerning Intellectual Property. Seller hereby represents and warrants that it is entitled or permitted to provide the equipment, documentations and services to Buyer according to the Contract. Seller represents and warrants that: (i) Seller is the owner of the equipment and documentations, and is entitled to provide or license (as the case might be) Buyer to use the equipment, documentations and services (and that the Seller is duly authorized by any third party owner of any component of the equipment and documentation to provide and to license to the Buyer, as applicable, such equipment, documentation and services in accordance with the Contract), (ii) Seller confirms that it may disclose to Buyer information concerning the equipment (including the methodologies and technologies used or produced by such equipment), documentations and services, and such disclosure will not result in any third party trade secret infringement claims, (iii) none of the equipment (including the methodologies and technologies used or produced by such equipment), documentations and services (and the Seller’s receipt and use thereof) infringes any third party patent, copy right, trade xxxx, trade secret or other intellectual property rights worldwide, and (iv) the sale or use of the equipment does not infringe any third party patent, copy right, trade xxxx, business secrete or any other intellectual property rights as .
